Daniel Chavez
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel is responsible for Dextra’s worldwide operations. He leads the Management Team since February 1999 and has broad experience managing companies in the financial and technology sector for several years. Daniel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from ITESM Campus Monterrey and an MBA from Harvard.
Luis Saldaņa
VP of Operations
Luis has more than 10 years of experience leading engineering operations with a focus on embedded/multimedia applications. He has been instrumental in Dextra achieving our CMMI L3 certification and making sure our growing engineering team meets customer expectations. Luis holds a BS degree in Electronic Systems and an MBA from the Monterrey Institute of Technology.
El-Moizz Malpica
Regional Sales Manager – Northern Mexico
El-Moizz Malpica is responsible for Northern Sales in Mexico. He oversees Dextra’s business development strategy and go-to-market activities. Before Dextra, El-Moizz helped different IT companies by establishing a solid customer base and winning major contracts with leading Mexican companies. El-Moizz holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from ITESM Campus Monterrey.
Victor Robles
Administrative Director
Victor Robles is responsible for all accounting and administration functions within Dextra. Prior Dextra, he has worked in telecomm companies since 1998 in areas like finance, business and strategic planning, marketing, sales and business development. Victor holds a B.A. in Public Accounting and an MBA in Finance, both from ITESM Campus Monterrey.
Hugo Leon
Sales and Marketing Manager – Mexico City
Hugo is responsible for the Target Accounts in Mexico City. He has been manager in development and support areas for over 4 years, also has broad experience in systems development, management and planning. Additionally share ideas in customer care, methodology implementation and troubleshooting. Hugo holds a B.S. in Business Administration and also has a Master Degree in Computer Science.
